We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for immediate hire to join our Bensalem, PA team. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors and management team.

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for immediate hire to join our Bensalem, PA team. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors and management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the accounts payable department
- Reconcile vendor receiving discrepancies, shortages, breakage
- Accounts payable processing
- Review vendor invoices and apply to proper jobs
- Maintain general filing systems
- Strong work ethic and an initiative-taking attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning latest programs
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong communication and phone skills
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalency
