We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and the parts team in our new Salt Lake City, UT location. This role is hands-on and leadership focused, responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, team performance, and maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable coordinating across departments, vendors, and customers.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and the parts team in our new Salt Lake City, UT location. This role is hands-on and leadership focused, responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, team performance, and maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable coordinating across departments, vendors, and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead inside parts team supporting customers via phone and email
- Process parts orders through Kalmar, Cummins, and other OEM systems
- Oversee warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Coordinate ground and freight shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, audits, SKUs, and bin locations
- Some building maintenance: build network of contractors for repairs
- Inventory of shop supplies
- Resolve customer and vendor issues, including discrepancies, damage, and returns
- Ensure compliance with AP/AR processes and company policies
- Oversee facility maintenance needs and shop supply inventory
- Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable to performance and safety standards
- Maintain OSHA compliance
- Communicate daily with the Bensalem parts department to ensure workflow alignment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in a warehouse environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Warehouse lead or supervisory experience
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Experience with OEM parts lookup systems
- Knowledge of shipping and freight coordination
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
